Trying to keep cool

We had record-tying heat here today. When I came out of my shot appointment it was already 88 degrees and even now, at 8:30 in the evening, the temperature is still above 80.  And tonight's low will be in the 70's. The sky looks socked in and we are expecting a bit of rain to cool us down for tomorrow, but having to be outside in the heat was really exhausting and I'm feeling a bit sick.  Thank goodness (and Doug) I have that AC unit to keep me cool enough to sleep.
