Crumbs!

H is a very typical lab!

Food food food all the time. All she thinks about. It’s hard now to give in sometimes but I do give her some crust from my toast late at night. She waits patiently then once she gets her crust, she takes herself up to bed.

Apart from work and doggy walks today, I went to a P90X hiit class tonight.

Back is sore now!!
