30 Degrees C and very humid

It looked so promising in the morning.... Thunder and a little rain....

Before noon it was back to the usual 30 degrees C and unpleasant humid weather. 

It has mostly been a training free day. Xmas had a vet appointment to make sure he was ok after his accident last week. Luckily all looked fine.

Our walk was in the shade of the woods. Xmas had his first Nose Work training after a long summer break tonight,  but luckily it was in a cool hall.
