Exploring the Numinbah Valley
Left home rather early this morning and traveled North West through the Numinbah Valley.
We had to go past the Natural Bridge....... so I humped the tripod down to the falls to practice some more LE shots.......I was pretty happy with my last lot when we saw the glow worms but I think I did a little better today.....I was happy with this.
What to say......the valley is God's own country and my friend with whom I went has spent lots of time here and showed me lots of spots I would probably of missed....spots to make ones jaw drop to their knees in wonder and the heart to beat a little faster.
I saw some Ancient Arctic Beech trees WOW! and this was on the way to the worlds Greatest Lookout (yes it's called that).....and I have to say that tears sprang to my eyes when we arrived and I saw the view....so absolutely magnificent.
So all in all I have scoped out some fabulous blips for another time......(even though I took so many photos already).........as I will be returning....we...my friend and I are gong to make it a weekly thing...there is so much to explore around there.
It was hard to choose what to post ...so many to choose from...but I did promise to post the waterfall when next I went...so here we are.
