BBQ King

After two months of scorching sun...........what happened on the day we wanted to BBQ, it rained!  However we were not daunted and cooked outside but ate inside.  The food was lovely and plentiful (not really sure why I over catered so much but we an eat left overs tomorrow and I am sure the lamb will freeze ok.  It was a late evening and we were still chatting at midnight (probably rubbish after quite a few bottles of wine had been consumed).  Both OH and I agreed that G did not look well?   We have had an amazing summer and he works outside but looked quite pale and drawn and had lost some weight?  Hopefully he is not unwell?  A&J&E stayed over so they went to bed whilst OH and I loaded the dishwasher and tidied up.  A lovely day but we both agreed that hosting and catering is hard work but I am sure we will have an invitation to Worcestershire to visit them next time.
