There is Beauty……

…….Amongst the debris adorning the river-side willows after recent flooding. This blossom is, I believe, wild plum. I will look out for the fruit in due course. I am so very sorry for folk affected badly by this current bout of horrendous, stormy weather in different parts of New Zealand. Over the Whangamoa hills the city of Nelson has been hammered by flooding and land slips. Their Mayor is absolutely right when she said that it will take years to remedy the storm damage and restore the environment of such a lovely city. Kia Kaha.
