Wedding Cake Experiment

I'm making my own wedding cake for our big day and although I've made many cakes for friends and family, I've never stacked one before and I've always found the thought of it quite daunting. So I thought I would be prepared and make one in advance to see if I can do it. I just hope it's still standing after my long weekend away!
