Late Summer Walk

A busy day - we took Paul’s Mum for a hospital appointment in Yeovil and spent lots of time with Stanley who has an interview/trial for a chef job this week . So difficult knowing the best thing to do for him should he be offered the position as he has no transport. 

To help him relax, we drove over to the Somerset Levels for a wander at one of our favourite spots , the Hawk and Owl Trust site at Shapwick . It was deserted and so beautiful. A whisper of a breeze in the trees, dragonflies almost ambushing us overhead as well as a marsh harrier circling the moor . Bliss ! 

Enjoyed the second episode of Shetland whilst ironing as we are on holiday on Friday!
