Buts & Ands

A nice sunny day but still so chilly....
Today I learned that saying 'But...' gives mostly a negative suggestion to people about you and what you say. 'But' not just focusses on the backside of the coin it also reduces the impact of your words said and the information you shared before you spoke out the Butword; Don't say that razor Butword !
Okay I'd heard that teaching before but never realised how common it is to me to use the Butword...... Knowing this I'd say now: Okay I'd heard that teaching before and never realised how common it is to me to use the Butword
