My back felt a bit better first thing and I had a new member of the team, L, starting today so I went to Haddington. However it soon got worse again so after organising the paperwork and IT access for L, as well as sorting out a few things, I went home.  There, I did some more work from my bed and managed to walk Django in the evening, slowly and without throwing the ball. In the evening I watched some of the athletics with SparseRunner.
