Another very hot day. H and S walked Arnold at 7 and I went out litter picking. It was too hot to carry on for more than a couple of hours as I started to feel really thirsty and got pins and needles in my hands.
Too hot to do too many chores so I went to see l and S and Lyra. Lyra was suffering with the heat so I wrapped her in a wet flannel. She is so light that when I sat cross legged on the floor, she could sit in my dress hammock without stretching it to the floor. .after a snooze on my lap with the cool wet flannel, she woke up and was her normal perky self.
