I just popped to the front garden to get this gorgeous Rose, it smells amazing. I sat on a chair to see what there was. Job done.

One step forward 2 steps backwards
I was so happy yesterday my physio was happy with me too, but I felt like I’d arrived! Then reality arrived I had the worst night last night that I’ve had so far.
Not back to square one, but take things slowly, and one step at a time, and be happy with Small achievements, it doesn’t mean I’ve arrived one swallow doesn’t make it summer, and one success doesn’t mean the end
