Frost bitten

I did a pilates class that my osteopath runs this morning. Then I had my osteopath appointment. I have tennis elbow to add to my right side issues now. My poor arm!

A few chores and a blood test (to check my iron levels). She butchered my arm a bit, but at least it's done. 

I took Little Miss to her doctor's appointment and then started looking at some packing for my trip.

Thank you so much for your lovely comments on my celebratory blip yesterday! I really appreciated it. Today's is a photo of my poor jacaranda tree in our garden. It doesn't like the frost; it also doesn't get any bigger.
