Flower Border

At Victoria Embankment Gardens. We met a friend there this afternoon for tea and cake or should I say tart. They mostly sell pastry offerings which I am not actually keen on. The two best ones are the Pecan pie and the Bakewell tart. We have had some rain today but nothing like they forecast and no thunder storms.
Cooler at 23c but still warm.
