35 years today, since my father passed away. Time has gone by so fast, but the sadness and sorrow stays.
The Wheel of the year journal I'm working on has made me think about seasons passing and life changing... Instead of just mourning my dad, I want to celebrate him for who he was. I've been so stuck in my sorrow that his birthday has passed every year without me doing something special. Not sure I make sense... but, from now I'll be celebrating his birthday every year because he was a fantastic dad and a wonderful person.

This is the monthly challenge I'm taking part in, on Facebook, and this time it was a tripple pocket with tags. I went a bit overboard and made four pockets and I also have an envelop in the back. This is also the start of winter in my Wheel of the year journal (it's pagan...),Yule and the Winter solstice celebration. 
Several of the tags are from a Advent calendar I bought from an organisation called 'Friends' (working against bullying amongst young people and children) last year. It was so sweet and I had to save everything afterwards. Those tags are from the calendar slots, those with numbers on... The first tag, with text on, is actually number 21. :)
