Sunny day mostly

Expecting storms and heavy rain today but still waiting. We had a mostly sunny day and have only had a little rain this evening. All the washing dried nicely on the lines. 
About 20 minutes ago the sky looked ominous with huge, low, black clouds and I could hear thunder in the distance - it is raining but not heavy and the storm seems to have gone a different way and missed us. Disappointing!
First trip back to the gym today after weeks of having to miss it due to shoulder and then the arm injury due to the fall. I imagine I will ache tomorrow but I didn't go mad - felt like doing more but left it at just 1 hour.
