"The Shining Star - The portrait of Roman Ratushny

The portrait is painted by artist Kaj Stenvall and was handed over to the Finnish Foreign Minister Pekka Haavisto. The portrait will be travelling to the Parliament of Ukraine in Kiev. More of the story coming up soon.
