Sprinkling stardust

I was in Edinburgh for part of the day and walking back to the station down JeffreySt I passed a line of posters for Fringe shows , a sight that is commonplace in Edinburgh during Festival time.

However something I hadn’t noticed before was the proliferation of pasted on reviews ( with stars) - clearly in the cut throat task of attracting audiences every sprinkle of objective stardust helps.
