Tny Tuesday..Sheild Bug

I had the most awful sleep last night, wandering around the house at 1.30am, but feel surprisingly OK today.
Did some tidying and seed collecting in the garden late morning, a bit muggy  and no rain here at all. Spotted the little sheild bug on the poppy seedhead, blip for tiny Tuesday..Made a vegetable and rice salad for dinner  with fish ..
And for my record..it's 45 years today since Elvis passed away...not forgotten x
