More Pancakes
Tried experimenting with my pancake recipe by making it gluten free and vegan. It more or less work although the texture is a little odd.
Don't have a recipe as such. it's more or less the same as before but using gluten free flour, pure soya spread and soya pouring yoghurt.
Uses a lot more fluid than the regular mix.
