Sign of the times

No rain in the forecast and it's supposed to get much hotter again starting tomorrow. Wildfires are always a threat at this time of year, and there are quite a few in different parts of the province. There is a sign posted at the side of the road just down from this sign. I wondered why this is posted so randomly stuck through a bit of wire on the fence post. Looks like it was nailed previously, so maybe someone tore it down and someone else replaced it.
