Another run with Bee this morning. We tried going the other way and it was brutal on the hills.

Popped to the beach with z and the kids.

Nice time relaxing at home b4 taking the kids back to the beach with B &E. Had a great time body boarding with Q. And then helping the girls jump over the waves. The weather was slightly moody with great sky's and distant thunder.

Lovely evening meal with the theme under the sea which was very funny. Mum wore some flippers.
