A yellow flower!

I am surprised this year by finding flowers appearing in the garden. We don't tend to go in for flowers, neither of us can really be bothered with them, or at least I thought that was the case. I think Gordon found some packets of seeds (probably got them free or something) and sowed them in various places. I have no idea what this is, but I do realise that it will be a common flower that everyone has in their garden. It is not common in our garden!!

A humid day, although quite a bit cooler . . . and we have had some spots of rain.
