Minimal start on removing elderberries from stems.  Now this square pan is covered with berries almost to the top.  It took me a total of two hours to do this but I think I will have enough juice to make jelly and a batch of elderberry gummies.  I need to go to the store to see what I can find for a mold to make the gummies before I do it.
