Happy Christmas 2022!

This is most certainly a record- my first Christmas card of 2022 received by hand today, which as my niece said, will save the postage. I had visited her stall at St John’s Craft Fair this morning and she was busy between customers making her Christmas cards. She showed me a finished one and I said I might as well take it  now than have her send it to me from Fort William in 4 months time. She is definitely ahead of the game. I can’t even bear thinking about this year’s Christmas, I’m still eating last year’s Christmas cake.

I was lucky in being able to walk into town and back without getting wet. It’s not a very pleasant day - misty, rainy and humid. I hope Poppy in Lanark is not getting too wet on her horse.
