Nighttime hydration

I had another early night. I am finding that I need to drink a lot of liquids as I am sweating so much but then I am awoken in the night even more to go to the bathroom.  I have had this sturdy pint glass by the bed for a long time. It’s heavy and so is not easily knocked over or off if I roll in the night and my arms catch it.  I have my clock radio and phone by the bed and it would be bad if they got soaked. I noticed today that the glass is starting to get a little lit of a limescale build-up on it which, I assume, is simply caused because I keep refilling it and not washing it. So, off it goes to be washed.
