We finally had A’s 7th birthday party today, over a month late, and 3 years since her last party. Suffice to say, she had an absolute ball.

She also received a Barbie (her first ever, poor deprived child), said doll wearing a summery dress and glasses. “She’s like a professor or something”…

Also, my prediction that only the children would like J’s sugary cake monstrosity was wrong. Massive hit with the adults too. There isn’t very much he can’t do…
