E has croup again (v mild this time), and asked me today if he’s going to die*. Gawd, what’s the playbook for this one??
Poor thing.

*death still very much on his mind, and the concept that not all illness leads to death, but some does, isn’t the easiest thing for a 4yo to wrap his head around.
