Taking the lead

We had another lovely day today.

In the knowledge that we had a long car journey back oop norf ahead of us, we made the most of the gorgeous weather and took a nice walk down the lane and around the fields near to my parents house.

The Carmenator was in charge of Gucci (now known as "Bruce" in my attempt to beef up her image) and I snapped this whilst they paused briefly as one of Bruce's friends came padding up the road.

Back home now and as ever, wondering where the weekend has gone...
