Brewing is a serious business. Fortunately I have my ‘Seat of Contemplation’ from the Rust Works in the brewshed, so if I’ve entered in too frivolous a mood it’s soon down to business (in this case a (hopefully) citrusy Session Pale at about 3.7%).
