The ice cream boat

Yesterday, for the first time in years, we went outside when we heard the ice cream van coming round the roads by us.
I just had a small (cardboard) tub of ice cream. Greg had a great big stuffed full "boat" -  who knew they did such things.
Anyway, I was in the middle of looking for a small saucer of some type I could put in the garden for the ground height creatures to have a drink.
The birds have three water baths to avail themselves of, but I realised I had nothing at ground level.
So I washed out the ice cream boat and hey presto!
