The Boathouse

This little boathouse was marketed not long ago for just a little under a million pounds. One bedroom, one bathroom and a sitting room. I don't know how much it actually went for but properties have been reaching their asking price and often a lot more. 

The reflection in the calm water caught my attention as I looked out this morning and the little community around seems to be surrounded by woodland. Idyllic!
