Early to Bowness this morning. It gave the car a much needed longer drive and it was easy level walking for me.

I was horrified at the overflowing bins and litter almost everywhere, from underneath benches to the lakeshore and around Cockshott Point. I hope the cleaning teams were out before today’s visitors arrived.

I’ve had some sessions tidying the garden but at 33° mid afternoon it got too hot for me. It was a more pleasant 25.5° indoors.

I’ve added an extra and turned my comments back on. I feel the pressure of the last month lifting. Think I’ve missed 10 days of blips after an unbroken spell of around 6 years.
