Harzan

Meet Harzan.

He's been a part of the family since 2010 when we found him in Borneo.

Harzan performs a very important function in our household. With the assistance of incense cones or mosquito coils he keeps the bugs and flying critters away whilst bake outside, because it's marginally more pleasant than melting inside.

I'd like to say that I've had a busy and productive day, but I've only really done a few jobs and frozen some tomatoes / chillis whilst the crops are heavy... Oh, I also took delivery of 20 litres of vinegar ready for my pickling, chutneying and chilli jamming. There's still about 150 jars to fill before Christmas after all!
