The moon and the lights

Beautiful high tide views off the prom tonight. Had dinner outside with girlfriends and music, prawn curry, wine and conversation, and a cooling breeze after, I think, 36 degree heat today.

I had two sea swims - at morning and evening high tide, my yoga session, and attempted some chores in heat induced slow motion!
