Amber Warning of Extreme Heat No2 - Day 3

The cooling mat is proving to be a big hit. Now all I need to do is find some human-sized ones!

An exact repeat of yesterday, with a visit from the district nurse thrown in for good measure. Had planned on popping out for a walk while the morning carer was here, but it wasn’t to be, though I did manage to find half an hour to finish my book in the garden in the shade.
