When saturday comes

Still hot but walk with L&L up top a little cooler and it might rain tomorrow.
After a few weekend jobs I took myself off for a little run which turned out quite well - 22k at 5.29 average pace. Home for a swim and relax in garden with a couple of well deserved beers.
