The View through the Undergrowth
On a hot and sweltering day, what better than a rowing expedition along the lake. We pulled in to an island strangely named "Lonesome Island" and enjoyed a picnic. A tiny island, it is covered in trees, mostly aspen, ash and birch which shielded us from the direct rays of the sun. This shot was made looking through the undergrowth and back out to the waters of the lake.
