The Victorian Shop

My friend works there on a Saturday and I owed her some money for goodies she picked up for me in the first couple of weeks post op.
It’s almost in town but up a steep hill with a sharp bend so not the easiest place to get to. But this morning I was ready. As I walked down the road to the shop I could see it was already busy despite only being open a few minutes. Good for them; it’s great to see it full of people.
So paid my debt then down the steep hill to M&S to give the old knees a workout. 
I then got the bus to the top of Victoria Road and my knees had a further workout getting down to my house.
And that’s about it for the day. A day which is hopefully the last of the hot weather.
