Edinburgh and the Pentlands

Wanted to take my camera to Cameratiks in Bruntsfield for minor repair,(pale green shop in photo).  However they were shut due to temporary change of opening hours.  Had a wander round the shops and did a lot of people watching from table outside Cafe Grande.  Loads of different nationalities here for the festival.  Was amazed at young couple with a toddler both smoking in the street - they were French.  How quickly our culture has changed.  The Scottish smokers were all skulking in the shadows.
