Standing Tall

This is one of the Grey Herons in and around Pitlochry. For quite a while he just stood, tall and still, almost trying to blend into the reeds - it certainly made taking his photo a lot easier. I waited around hoping he would take to the skies, but he seemed content strutting around where he was.
