Bunting ... on a reed

Not so long ago I couldn't get near a reed bunting, and now I seem to stumble across them wherever I go.  But I'm definitely not complaining!

The mercury touched 34C here yesterday, and it is due to do so again today. The bite I mentioned yesterday was quite uncomfortable all day, although the swelling did respond well to ice which brought me a lot of relief. The swelling seems no worse today so should hopefully start to reduce in another day or so.
