the twins

Great weekend--Our twin grandaughters, who are 4, came yesterday morning & stayed overnight. We had tea parties, played "princess", made banana bread, went to the park, went for ice cream cones, played "pirates & sharks" on the hammock out back (hammock=boat), played with bubble guns (battery run, so shoot out hundreds of bubbles in a steady stream), went for a walk along the lake (looking for treasure), & after baths, had a "movie night" complete with popcorn! They were asleep on the couch by 8:00, followed closely by grandma & grandpa! Ha! Love it when they come running in to snuggle in the morning, which is where I took this picture (Ella wanted her zebra in the picture, so it's on her head).
