Lemon Refresher

Trying not to over heat too much, with cold water, ice and lemon verbena to drink and frozen towels from the freezer on my neck. It’s 9.30pm and 29 degrees upstairs. I might sleep on the cool kitchen tiles. Hoping your day has been a good one. Look after yourselves x
