Grrrrrrrr

The cold tap on the bidet has started to drip indicating the tap washer had worn out. Couldn’t see any obvious way to get the handle off so googled it and found a forum. A picture of our taps and the answer the top unscrews but it is difficult to do.
In my efforts to unscrew it I damaged the plastic chrome dome.
When it came to pieces it was obvious you don’t need to unscrew the dome, the whole handle just pulls off a plastic shaft inside.After much trawling found some unused old stock handles for £25 on eBay. They are now on order.
The tinterweb isn’t always right.
