Flower Friday...Sunflower

I had to blip this fabulous sunflower which is the first thing I see when I open the curtains, peeping over the back fence and getting taller and taller.
I didn't want to go out today,  but it was the monthly meeting of the local library book group, so I kept in the shade for the twenty minute walk and bought some ice-cream on the way back. Only one other person there, not really surprised but we had a good discussion and both thoroughly enjoyed the book.

And, one year ago today I moved to Yorkshire x
