Steaming Serenely Along...

Today we all (MD, Mrs MD & Polly Dog) went along to Wilton Park in Batley to enjoy the Kirklees Model Boat Club Open Day. In truth we went there yesterday but when we arrived I realised I had got the day/date totally wrong :-(
Not to worry - today was a better day (weather-wise). All I can say is that we were totally amazed at what we saw. Magnificent models with incredible details - this along with chatty & pleasant enthusiasts made it a wonderful day out.
This is the steam tug 'FAFNIR" steaming serenely around the pond - and this was just one of many.
