Seedy

Some wild Blackberries are ripe, but some are still in the flowering stage. I think the thumbnail may look a bit abstract, and it is Abstract Thursday. Most of the thorny blackberry bushes flowers look white, but the flowers in this photo look pinker. Nature is not always predictable. 

My daughter returned to Portland last night and will be here for about a week. I am glad she stays with us because I love her visits. Her children are all joining us at the beach house this weekend; they are excited to go out crabbing. Lori and I will go to the beach tomorrow afternoon; my husband went over today. Expect beach photos starting tomorrow.
