Melodious Meadow Pipit

Long shift working from 5am until 2pm but got so much done!

Headed out for a big walk along the beach below the airfield in the afternoon and the sun came out. So beautiful and lots of Meadow Pipits in and about the Whins and grasses singing their hearts out.

Then the weather drastically changed to hail, lashing rain and an icy wind whipping against our faces - bitterly cold until...... the sun returned again.

It was so good to be out I didn't mind any of the weather, it felt great!
