Up, up and away

This is one of the Birthday boys from last night just taking off in a the K13 a two-seat training glider. Mr.T was operating the winch which pulls the gliders up; (having a winch launch feels very like some of the rides at Alton Towers!!) and not such a good feeling after parties, and it was a lovely party last night, super meal, lots a fizz amongst other things and a late night!!

The wind was roaring away on top of the big hill (Long Mynd) this morning, and it was cold but a 'flying start' breakfast and a good long walk helped to blow the cobwebs away nicely!! T's staying another night as the weather forecast is looking good for tomorrow??
